Right now the color selection tool palette shows a very limited number of colors with large swatches. There is an eyedropper tool and the ability to input hex color values, however, it would be wonderful to have the ability to specify both RGB and CMYK values as is possible in many programs, for example Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse (formerly), etc. I don't commonly work in hex color values but usually RGB or CMYK.
Also, the color palette has overly large color swatches in the traditional Windows style. I highly recommend a palette similar to the ones used in Photoshop, Illustrator and Muse, which have smaller swatch samples that allow the display of many colors. It's a much more elegant method of creating swatches and is very intuitive in testing a bunch of different colors for a site when designing from scratch.
