Animationm problem

Hello, I have a problem with animation on my photos. As you can see in the pictures which I already sent you, the animation (scale) goes like that: The right side of the photo goes under the photo next to it, but I want the right side of the photo to go like "up", not under. I also sent you the block where this problem is.
