Report a bug

Desperate to get the export to HTML problem fixed, I totally re-build the specific page in question from scratch. I even renamed the page... After updating to version 1.12.0 I hoped that maybe one of the updates solved my issue. Sadly not. I don't understand the problem. It seems strange that only one page out of 10 should insist on making the hole site worthless. I have run out of options my end and even though I hate the thought I see no other alternative than to jump builder.

Hi John,

That's great!
Our developers will investigate possible solutions for this issue in the future. In the meantime, please avoid naming pages with the same name as WhiteLabel.

Please let us know if you have any other problems with this project.

Hi John,

We found the source of this problem. It is related to the name of the problem page "camille". The page name is equal to the white label name. This causes the issue. As the easiest solution, we suggest that you rename either page or Whitelabel. This solved the issue with exporting on our side.

Please let us know the result.

Follow up on "desperate": Tried once more to see if I could do something about the export problem. Ripped the page out, thrashed it and started over once again while silently swearing through my teeth. Testing one section at a time, to see which of them was the culprit. Already in the first attempt the header image was not showing up in the pagename.html and then it suddenly occurred to me a problem we had in the early days of Adobe Muse: You can not have danish special letters in the menu. It's good practise not to have them in URL's, though most browsers read them fine enough, but as text in the menu shouldn't be a problem. This was the only page on the site with an "ø" in the menu page name. I took it away and pufff, problem gone. If this is the only reason for this sort of problem, I can live with it. I'm not stone sure the problem originated from this, but taking it away worked it did. So maybe you should check in on it some day soon? Sorry for my ranting in this thread. Can we blame the frustration please :)
