PREMIUM Plan Question

On the Premium page is a grid.
At the top left, it gives you the option for a subscription or license.
If you get the license, you can use the last included version before the license expires, indefinitely.
If you update after that, it reverts back to the free Starter version.

You can use the last version before your updates expired for the premium plan with License, indefinitely. Basically, forever.

Does the premium work for the web or only for the app on pc

During the active license you can use either.
After the license expires, you need to use the desktop app, since the web app updates when you open it, and it will revert back to the free starter edition.
