The ability to load robots.txt and sitemap.xml to a website is critical to being able to manage and control SEO for a site.
Your product does not need to do any management, generation or validation of these files outside of protecting your environment.
There are plenty of tools that can generate these files, but nothing that can add them to a website hosted by you.
