In this update:
We have added the Pre-Designed Blocks Gallery. It allows creating websites faster, achieving perfect results in just clicks. We add new blocks every day. We will be glad to get your feedback.

In the version I use 1.11.3 is not this newest block setting available??????
When do I get this newest update?

Please click on one of these options:

You should see the following menu then:

Select "Gallery" option.

If the issue continues please provide a few screenshots that demonstrate the issue on your side.

Please note that if you're on the Post or Blog Templates you will see the available Post/Blog layout blocks instead of a gallery.
