Hello customer support,
I by mistake created a nicepage project on an unpaid version, and when I figured it out and downgraded to the paid version to find the premium features. The features are in the version 5.9.6, and the project is made with the version 5.11. So I'm trying to import my project now on the 5.9.6 version or to restore it but it's not working. Could you please send me a video or some instructions that I can follow?

Hi Daly,

Unfortunately versions are not forward compatible and you cannot open the project from the higher version using the old version. Please find a backup of your project from the 5.9 version and work with that file further.
