Nicepage not activated.

I keep getting the following message when I try to activate my product

"Sorry, we can't activate your copy of Nicepage, because you have no a license."

I purchased this product on July 10 and received confirmation that the transaction was successful and my product was activated (see below).

Can you please check into this and make sure my activation is valid. I would like to use my licensed version of this product.

I see that the Pro license is active under your account. Please note that this license includes working with the desktop application and WP and Joomla plug-ins. Online editor on nicepage.com is not included in this license as that is a separate hosting solution and should be purchased per site.

I have replied to your case with the question about the license yesterday. Looks like you are using the incorrect e-mail to log in and that causes the problem.

I have the same the problem here. I tried your suggestion about login in into my email account then i clicked the activate dropdown button... it still said no license and it cannot be activated

Hi,

I can see the Ultimate license purchased under your account and you can log in with your account to the desktop application and website plug-ins. Looks like now you are trying to work with the online editor and that is a separate hosting solution that is not included in your license, that's why you cannot activate it.
