In the case of the first option:
You can export your project as a zip file and send it to another person who will import your project and make changes, but those changes will only be reflected on their PC.
In the case of the second option:
The Nicepage Pro and Ultimate licenses include additional (client) licenses so that your clients can edit pages with WordPress and Joomla plugins using their licenses.
Client License is not for use with the Nicepage Desktop application.
