How do I remove the following from the submit to emails which are sent from Nicepage?

Here you can review your Form Submissions and you can delete them.
But if you mean Gmail messages directly, please see the screenshot, unfortunately, you can't delete them.

The unique link to the Leads could be received by the administrator of the email account that is set in Submit to the option, but the Leads themselves are accessible only by the Nicepage account, the user who has created and published the site with Nicepage.
The Leads function is inextricably linked to Email and you cannot remove the link.
Please consider using another Submit to option such as URL or Mailchimp for an HTML site instead of Email+Leads.
