Problem with checkbox

Hello everyone,

since I'm waiting for solution from support more than a 5 days and I'm already broke the deadline, I kindly ask all of you for help with this problem.

Namely, I have create the survey using modal popup, but when I come to step 3, with checks...it won't go further. If I check only one checkbox, it shows that I need to check another more...after I check two of them...the same warning appears. After I check 3 checkbox and click on button Next...nothing happens :(. It just stays on same step. My idea is to have at list one check so the survey can go further.

Did anyone experienced this kind of issue and is there anyone who can help me with it because, obviously I cannot get the help from support?

I can provide my project if this explanation isn't enough.

Well, I figured out what cause some of mentioned issues and I have found the solution to avoid them...but it doesn't fit to design which I have initially plan.

Definitely, there is a bug with checkboxes because, if I select the checkbox module to be Required, it force me to check all the boxes which is nonsense...for ex. I ask the visitor to check favorite color...and give him four options....he has to check all of them if he wants to proceed with survey.

It will be useful to have "limit", how many boxes you need to check if you want to proceed.

Also, I try to make logic with combination of two fields...for ex. if at least one box is checked, second field (for ex. text field where visitor can type the color which isn't offered in previous field) will be hidden (Show or hide if). I can only use Value as variable...set for all offered colors "1" and if the value is "1", second field will be hidden. But in that case, in e-mail I get Values instead of color names, which is wrong...
