Check your server parameters to upload such files and let us know the values:
max_execution_time
max_input_time
memory_limit
Upload max filesize
PHP post max size

Creating links without .html is a Nicepage hosting server setting and could be applied to sites published with our hosting only.
Floating chat button - There's no such built-in function for now. You can try to add a custom code in the HTML + CSS.
