Hello, I am a user of Nicepage and I am using a Mac Mini Pro 2. Recently, after the latest update, I have been experiencing frequent software errors when using Nicepage. The entire screen becomes unresponsive and I am unable to do anything with Nicepage at the moment.

After I updated to the latest version you provided, the error situation still persists. After performing a few actions, within a few seconds, the program becomes completely unresponsive and unable to perform any operations. After a minute or two, it starts working again. This cycle repeats continuously.

Hello Yufan,

Please try:
1) turn off all antiviruses and firewalls;
2) disable browser plugins;
3) disable YouTube Downloader and other similar proxy browser extensions and applications, if any;

If this does not help, please send us a short video of the problem.

Thank you for your response. First of all, I am using a Mac Mini without any antivirus software installed. I don't have any plugins installed on my browser either. I also don't use any YouTube downloader.

Dear officials, hello. Thank you for your response. Originally, I was using the company's network, but now I have switched to using my personal mobile network, and the issue has been improved. It may have been caused by firewall settings, and I will continue to monitor this situation. Thank you for your assistance.
