Hello, I purchased the Ultimate lifetime license but it is currently displaying as expired. Can you please check if this is a glitch or if there is a reason for this and let me know? Thank you.

Yes, I received a notification to update and so I did. The app version now displays as 5.10.3. Is this an issue?

1 year of updates is included.
You must stop updating at the end of those updates to use that last version indefinitely.
You should use the last version posted in the link I gave.
After that, if you update it, it reverts back to the free Starter version.
If you update to a newer version, which you shouldn't, and update your site, you might not be able to go back to an older version and open your site, so don't do that.
