Hello Tom,

Please make sure that you have disabled the Link to Nicepage in the Site Settings >> General before exporting the theme.
In the case of using only the Nicepage plugin to edit pages without the Nicepage theme on site, you can open your Nicepage editor plugin in WordPress > Site Settings and uncheck the box of the footer notice
