HOW do I UPLOAD a finished site from my PC to the hosting plan I paid for?

Do you mean footnote Website Templates created with Website Builder Software?
You can disable the option 'Display 'Made in Nicepage'' under Site Settings >> General tab with the purchased lifetime license https://nicepage.com/premium or yearly subscription https://nicepage.com/hosting

I paid for Business and it still says sample on the bottom

Hi Eric,

The hosting plan means that the site should be created directly on nicepage.com online editor. There is no possibility to upload the file from the desktop application to Nicepage hosting.
