Ask a Question

I teach my Web Design class how critical it is to have ALL accessibility aspects covered for Websites. I like for the students to use grids but those images in grids do not allow images to have alt text. Please help on this, it is critical for my students to be able to do this, but this is not possible, and is actually really bad Web protocol these days. - posted May 3, 2023

????? I want my students to use the Nicepage app on their computers, not to have to use Nicepage Online... is that what you are saying for them to do? This answer is not specific at all. I do not understand what this answer means?

Hello,

I'm new to Nicepage, so I may not fully understand your problem, but I just looked and all the images have the "SEO Alt" option in the right menu. Exception for images in a "Slider".

Hello Dale,

Thanks for contacting us

Collapse the background to an image and you will be able to find in the Property Panel the text box where you can enter the SEO ALT.

If anyone interested I have found a solution for wordpress.. You have to download plugin called Auto Image Attributes From Filename With Bulk Updater... I have spent hours and hours to fix the problem.. I did actually went to image library in wordpress and all my images was set with alt text. However it did not work for me. So i had a little look around and found this plugin. After that it took like 5 minutes for 41 images I had so far on my 12 pages website. :-)

Hope this helps.
