Ask a Question

Good morning,

I made my template in "Nicepage Desktop", I published it for Jommla 4 in ZIP format, with the options
1. Theme and Include Ecommerce Template
2. Pages and Editor Plugin/include Blog Posts

I installed my template in Joomla, everything went well. I went back to the Desktop version to make changes, republished again overwriting the zip file, and reinstalled in Joomal.

But now the 404 error page is displayed regardless of the link that is clicked.

What is the best way to update my template in Joomla after making changes in Desktop?

THANKS

I also work with Joomla.
I think your problem is not a problem.
In the admin, you have to go to :
. Menus / Main Menu
then
. redefine your home menu as "default home page".

Basically the problem is in the main menu and reassign the home page.

Hello Serge,

If it is a new installation, yes you can install the whole package as theme+pages.
The menu is installed with content and will be added again with theme+pages file upload as Content/menu1.
Please let us know if you need assistance with your 404 error page.

Anna.
