Hello,

The Desktop application stores your project files locally, the only way to open your project with another device is to export it as a project. This option is not available for a free starter plan.
Online builder stores your sites online and you can access your account with different devices to check your site.
With a free starter plan you do not have the option to transfer your project made with a Desktop application into the Online builder.

is there any way they can be made available in the online builder so i am able to access them?

It’s not gone.
The files are on the computer that created it using the desktop app.
