What do you mean?
Did you create the site using the desktop version or online/web app?
Did you delete or move Documents\Nicepage files if on the desktop?

i used the web version, and the site is live but my nicepage account is empty and has no files

On the bottom left online it might show sites that were deleted.

all files are auto deleted after 30 days.. its been months now
