White Space Above Footer on Post Template

I have a white bar between the block with my post and the footer that I cannot remove. I cannot figure out why it's there.

To my eye, it looks like a space between the main upper block and the footer.
If you select the main upper block can you grab the handle and drag it down?

Yeah, that doesn't eliminate it either. I've tried disabling the footer, and the white space is still there at the bottom of the block. So it has something to do with that, but nothing apparent in desktop editor.

I've masked the problem by making my block color and the page background color the same. Not ideal, but gets me around an apparent bug.
