I am facing similar issues. I get the following message

"Great! Authorization completed successfully.
Return to Nicepage application."

But, when I manually move over to the application, it seems to still be loading.

I am unable to login into the desktop application.

Hi,

Try to switch off your inti virus applications and firewall and let me know if that helps.
