Error when adding page design

Hello, I'm trying to add a page design, and it doesn't matter which one, and I tried in different pages too, I get the error you can see in the screenshot attached.
I can add blocks, but not page designs, any idea what that error means? (Error code: publishNicePageCss parameter missing)
