If you want to connect the domain name to the website published to the Nicepage hosting please check the following article:
https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/custom-domain

You will need to create a domain record with the new IP address under the registrar panel. Please avoid duplicated records because it causes problems with the SSL certificate.
