Trouble publishing to a Custom Domain

Before, I was able to successfully load my webpage to my custom domain. Now, I am having a little trouble with that. The website goes on the subdomain with no problem, but when I check the custom domain, nothing goes up. Is this an issue on the other end, or is there something that I can do.

That was the site I had before. I made some small adjustments and tried to upload it again with no luck.
