Premium account but premium features not activated

I have an activated premium licence (account N° 15414132) but have no access to features marked as premium.
Why is this?

You have a Personal license, not a Business license.
There are more items included in the higher licenses.
Check the grid on the Premium page.

ok, I've just upgraded.
Let's hope you'll fix the "responsive" sites not being wysiwyg, it's a real pain!
