I want my viewers to send me an email through the forum provided in my website, I want to replaces my email to A different one but I can not use my own email. Does my membership restrict this service ?

Hello Abdalrahman,

You can change the email address to receive form submissions, you need to verify it first to receive new emails.

Note you will receive notification about new form submissions to your Leads under your main account email.

nicepage can only verify gmail account but it can not let me verify my own custom email.

You can verify any other email account, not Gmail.
Email addresses cannot be temporary.
Let us know if you have any issues with your email verify process.

Hi Support Team,

I have the same problem. I want to change the email address from my personal one to that of my client. And no, it is not a temporary one. The verification system gives a popup that states that an email has been sent to the new address for verification, but that email never arrives.

Please help me to fix this issue soon.
