I want to know more about two topics first of all the web hosting is it security SSL and is it like any other server hosting with a cpanel .
second question is there is a video or an article to clarify how to buy a licenced pro plan

SSL is included but can take a day or two to become active.
No, cpanel isn't included. The site is published to Nicepage host and there is no access to site files.
To buy, click the Premium tab and press the green Buy Now button on the plan you want.

Nicepage hosting works with their html sites, not Wordpress/Joomla.
If you need that, you will need to host elsewhere.
