Update 1.9.5 and 1.10.2 had to be downloaded directly from Nicepage homepage - update inline did not work. Funnily enough, the one that came between 1.9.5 and 1.10.2 (can't remember the number) worked just fine. And also 1.10.2 took almost 35 min to download and install (normally it just takes seconds)

Hi John,

The update process of Nicepage Desktop works ok on my side. Do you have antivirus software? If so could you please try disabling it for testing. Does the issue continue?

Hi Olivia,

It could be Malwarebytes... I have thought of that, but previously we didn't have this issue, so I discharged the idea. Now I have updated via download from Nicepage webpage, so I'll see next time, if it makes any difference :)

John,

It is possible that the issue is caused by one of the recent Malwarebytes updates. Please disable it before launching the next update for testing.
Please keep us posted about the progress.

Olivia,

Just updated Nicepage to 1.10.6 within the desktop. I first disabled Malwarebyte and that did the trick. Problem solved :)
