Whenever I try to edit the shopping cart page with the Wordpress plugin I can't find the shopping cart element when I look for it. I have purchased the right plan so I thought they would be available for me now. I can find them when I use the dekstop application, but whenever I try to find them in the plugin they simply don't show up. I've tried adding the element in the dekstop application and then exporting that block and importing it in the plugin version, but I just get a strange pop-up.

When I press "CHANGE", the pop-up disappears and this one shows up.

I bought Nicepage specifically for the Woocommerce compatibility so I really want to figure this out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Nathan,

The Checkout and Shopping Cart Templates can be edited only in the Desktop and Online app. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this in the Nicepage plugin for WordPress. If you need to edit them, you can do it in the Desktop app with further reinstalling of the app.

Please note that these templates are automatically assigned to appropriate WooCommerce pages.

What do I call the pages?
I've made the pages "Cart", "Product" and "Checkout" and exported the theme.
The product page works just fine, but the others don't.

Hi, Nathan,

WooCommerce automatically generates these pages after installing this plugin. You just need to install a theme with included e-commerce templates, and these templates will be applied to WooCommerce pages.

Regarding the product pages, it is important to distinguish between the product list and the product detail page! Of course you can also create the product list page as a separate page in Nicepage. It is important to also adapt this product list page (shop) in the settings in Wordpress/WooCommerce.
Product detail page, shopping cart, checkout and also product list page (can be replaced by self-created page as described above) are automatically generated by WooCommerce during installation. In contrast to the product list page, only templates can be created for the others.

Is there a webshop template available I can use? I looked for e-commerce templates but can’t find any that have the checkout / product / cart page.

It would be very useful and interesting to have an area in the Nicepage forum where users could post their projects and THEMES to share designs. That option of a shopping cart and payment system would be great a Theme made by Nicepage, since it does not exist.

We provide pre-designed templates of only pages and blocks. In Nicepage, you can only select a style preset of e-commerce templates. You can find it on the right property panel, in the Style Presets section. Anyway, we will take into our consideration your notice.
