1) For this purpose, you can use WordPress and Joomla that are content management systems. You can create themes and pages in Nicepage and export them to WordPress and Joomla. Concerning products, Nicepage itself does not provide the possibility of creating online stores. You can only design e-commerce templates for WooCommerce (WordPress e-commerce plugin) and VirtueMart (Joomla e-commerce extension). Please check these articles:

2) In Nicepage, you can customize the Shopping Cart Template that is used on the cart pages of WooCommerce and VirtueMart.
