Responsive Social Icons on Header Issue

Hi,

I set Social Icons on a Header.
I set them the way I want for each screen type.
When I go back to a screen already done, things have changed.
I attach a small gif file so you can see the problem happening.

Is this a bug or just me doing something wrong?
