Suddenly it is hard to find the gallery option. You have to add a slide in a block to see the gallery option.
Maybe it is better to make it directly visible as many people will need that option.

When you add a Block, there is a list of the available block styles in the left panel and there is a Gallery option as well, there is no need to add a slide for that purpose.

starting a new blank page you already get an empty block in it and then - in that block- you cannot find a gallery option in the left panel.
You have to choose "more options" , then a Block (that is placed under the empty block) and then there is de option Gallery too.
That means that I must anyway make a new block to get the gallery option and delete the first empty block later.
A bit of a detour in my idea. Am I right?

As we understood, you need the Gallery control, and it is in our Wish List. Unfortunately, for now, we can only propose to add Grid to a blank Block, then add images to cells, or add a ready-made preset adding a new block.
