I can't cancel the site.

I can’t post the site because it says to me that there is already 1 posted. I follow the link and there are no sites on it at all. I don’t know what to cancel, but I urgently need to lay out the site

Unfortunately, under the current profile, we can't see any published websites, also we can't see which applicate you are using. is it the Nicepage Desktop app or in the Online Builder?

Kindly elaborate more on that and attach some screenshots.
