For now, it is not possible in Nicepage. We are working on the Form Builder, and for now, we can only advise using the HTML control to add a third party code for that.

Nicepage di default doesn't allow to arrange or change any html code. Even if with Contact Form 7 is impossible to modify the the fields. You mean create a new page for example in wordpress and forget the theme built with nicepage?

If you use Wordpress, then with the CF7 plugin you can create a form that you need. After that take its shortcode and add it to the Nicepage page in the Shortcode control.
