If I have an existing Wordpress page, is there a way to use nicepage to work with/edit and maintain it, or do I have to completely start over with nicepage?

Nicepage cannot edit the page created in some other editor. You will need to create a new page using the Nicepage plug-in.

Each editor has its own content structure and it cannot be converted into another editor structure. But I'm sure that it will be quite easy to copy the content by text and images into the Nicepage editor.
