Have there been any developments in being able to Export a Project from the Nicepage Wordpress plugin?
Or is there a way to export a backup from Wordpress and upload to Nicepage online?

No, there is no option to export the content from the plug-in into the Nicepage format.

When I use the WordPress FTP to share the work from the Nicepage app, it says that the export to the wp-content/themes/website folder was successful.
The issue is that when I refresh the website, I see no changes, whereas when I publish HTML, I see the changes instantly.
