I want to optimize more the created website and to add alternative text, description and caption for an image. So where can I find these fields?

Hi, Ionut,
Select the Image Element, and set SEO Alt on the right property panel of the Element. Please see the attached screenshot:

The image title and description are available for such Elements as Image Gallery, Gallery Slider, Gallery Caption, and Gallery Carousel.
