Hello,

Two questions my friends,

First i update nicepage plugin in wordpress however on the theme itselft it gives me the message "The active theme has a version lower than the plugin version. Please update the theme too." how can i update it?

Also i have losted my desktop app in my computer and i reinstall it, how can i importe the theme on the online page to the desktop nicepage app so that i can continue editing it there?

Hello,

You can find Backup in the Nicepage Desktop app. Also, you could check your Recycle Bin or folder in wich your project was stored before Nicepage reinstallation.

If you have upgraded Nicepage Desktop and resaved the Theme in Nicepage Desktop - you can upload it to WordPress and apply it with the latest version of a plugin.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to export your project from WordPress (this feature is already on our wishlist), please note that you have the possibility to export Blocks from Nicepage Plugin.

but were is the backup?

what good will it do to me downgrade the plugin?

It's should be a option to export from the site. as we make changes direct on wordpress but then lose the ability to use the app

Please try to restore from the backup.
If you are still unable to find and restore your project and you can't recreate your theme, then you will have to downgrade the plugin, unfortunately, from
