Hello, Support:

I desire to replace Drupal so I can more easily contract Freelancers and manage multiple websites without dependency on a Drupal Web Dev.

Is NICEPAGE capable of the following?

Multisite management (in some manner)
Facilitate easily replicating / populating new websites
Able to configure settings with unique content created for website replication
Fully configurable after setup/creating
Blockchain service integration to protect a Purchase Agreement - integrated 3RD party Blockchain platform

Also: What about usabilitiy with Linux (+ Wine) ?

We have also been evaluating WYSIWYG Web Builder and WebWave.

You can publish and republish sites

Able to configure settings with unique content created for website replication

You can copy and paste pages, blocks, or please clarify what exactly you need.

Fully configurable after setup/creating

If in CMS, you can reconfigure site any time.

Blockchain service integration to protect a Purchase Agreement - integrated 3RD party Blockchain platform

N/A. We have Elements that handle any code. you can try you have the 7-day trial to test all features.

Also: What about usabilitiy with Linux (+ Wine) ?

You can use the online version and export to WordPress and Joomla.
