Issue with payment

Hi, I am trying to upgrade our license to allow for 5 sites but there is an issue with PayPro Global and it keeps saying there is an issue with the card but there isn't. Is there an alternatively way to process payment. The same card was used in the past for purchasing the existing licenses.
