Blocks have now buttons for delete/copy/paste/ .
An hide/show button for blocks would make the block to did'nt show in Preview.

In this way I don't need to delete the block to get a preview without the block.
And I can "show" the block again if I need it later.

Please explain your request in more details. Now we have an option to hide the controls for the specific responsive modes.
