grid repeater problem - Align elements in a grid

When you insert a photo, text, and a button. I can't align the elements. The buttons are vertically shifted opposite each other. When I align the photos with the top edge of the button, they shift- each different. When it aligns the buttons to the bottom edge of the grid, the photos shift again -each differently.
