How do I cancel my subscription so that I'm not charged automatically yearly?

On subscription we don’t have an automatic renewal. This is a one time payment without renewal.

Sul tuo account verrà addebitato il valore corrispettivo di xxxx EUR (xxxx EUR taxes included) e potrai visualizzare tutti i dettagli sulla transazione.

Please you use the translate for your language.

Now -> verrà addebitato il valore corrispettivo di -> in Italy is a renew, an automatic renew (!)

I have cancelled the subscription and i have now a new subscription, i hope than no transaction it will be made with my cancelled old contract.

Please for major clarity contact "payproglobal.com" for changing this phrase, if it is true than it would not has been an automatic renew.

Thank you for clarify us this deprecated situation.

I have to be able to choose if i want automatic renewal, not that you force it on me and I can't even deactivate it.

In my interface i don't see any options, please help by explaining step by step where to go to deactivate it, in any case it would be unclear.
