In off-Canvas Menu Nav nobody is aware that the Menu has more levels (submenu), if there is no icon ( arrow ).
Can you please add an arrow in off-Canvas if the menu has submenu ?

In the Menu >> Menu option enable the Show icon if there are items in the drop-down. That will enable the icon for all the responsive modes.

My problem with the off canvas menu is that although I have selected it to show the down arrow nothing displays on my phone. Not only that I cannot get it to display the actual sub menus at all. That means that the sub menu items are not available on smaller devices.
