Add easy option to have visibility of elements eg. blocks, boxes, images in the property

Hi,

It would be good to have an option in elements to make the block, boxes etc visible in their property during design mode. The element appears based in visibility in thier runtime/publish mode.

There feature could be used on multiple occations and would also make deployment easier

Thanks.. the visible outline option in outline helps to some extent. think there should be a toggle option publishing elements and the same could be considered during export/deployment.
