Hello,
I have made my site multilingual, but now I get the slug end ?lang=en or ?lang=lt (depending on the chosen language) on every page. I want to use a subdirectory like .lt/en/ (my site is in Lithuanian). These url's don't seem SEO friendly.
And for the default language (Lithuanian) I just want to use the basic urls, that were there before I made it multilingual.
Am I able to redirect the urls with the ?lang=lt slug, to the original urls and somehow make a directory with .lt/en/ and redirect all the urls with the slug end ?lang=en ???
I'm afraid that Google results will start showing the urls with those slug ends and I don't want that.
