Ask a Question

I uploaded a template from the desktop version, and uploaded it. After major changes i want to download it to work on it again. Is there any way to do this?

Hi Jan,

Nicepage Desktop can edit Nicepage projects only:

export-project.png

The exported theme and/or content cannot be opened back in Nicepage, unfortunately.
But if you need to make changes to the theme only you can make changes in Nicepage Desktop and reinstall the theme on your CMS.

Thank you, i already knew that. I was just hoping i was missing something, maybe put that on your "wishlist". Because now i would have to retrack all changes i made on the cms, in nicepage desktop, and why would anyone want that.

Hi Jan,

Sure, I'll put that in our wishlist. Meanwhile consider that you will need to continue editing the content on the site if you started that from the beginning.
