Unter Windows 10 mit dem aktuellen Mai Update hängt sich Nicepage (frisch installiert) beim Start auf (Loading... - und dann nix mehr).
Gibt es einen Workaround?

Try to reinstall the application and also switch off all the antivirus applications and any other applications that may block Nicepage.
