Hi,

Please make sure that you have exported the theme as a Project, only projects can be imported in Nicepage application. There is no difference between the Mac and Win export formats so the right export type should work.

Hi,
My windows' copy can't do export project. It asked me to get a premium plan, but my Mac OS version which I paid last year can export project. I don't know why can't I use full function windows version since l logged in with the same account as the Mac OS version?

Hello,

We can't answer why you can't use the premium on Windows OS. We require some more information about that. Including screenshots if possible.

However, there's a small hack to get the project file without premium. Go to the Nicepage project's folder on your Windows OS ...Documents\Nicepage(path by default) and copy the folder that looks like Site_####### and then goes to your Mac OS and paste the folder Site_###### to the Nicepage project's folder ...Documents\Nicepage .
It will work without export.
